Labelmate on Dealt With Records, ‘Ros T’, was offered the chance to remix a track from Blicero’s debut album “Like A Bee Over Something Sweet” released on Rural Sounds in 2019. The album is a collection of ambient works which have melancholy undertones that promote abstract thoughts.
Blicero: ‘Ros T did a slapping job of taking ‘The Cost of Lies’ and making something really different and fresh with it. He made the small cassette orchestra that was the original into something larger than life with a great vibe.’

The highly emotionally energised work pulls on the heartstrings of most people when conjuring the title and the present moment. A screaming distorted voice, waves lapping the shore, deep pounding bass and a syncopated wooden chime, a Scottish fiddle playing on through the climactic rush of sound - a beacon of hope through the turbulence.
